Celebration of fine British Motor Cars

HEART OF AMERICA JAGUAR CLUB
invites you and the RROC Club to participate in the Heart of America Jaguar Concours D’Elegance on May 21, 2011 on the square at Crown Center. We spoke last year of the reluctance of members to participate in the event, so I thought we might give it another try. We have subsequently invited the Austin Healey Club of Kansas City to participate, and last year they brought out seven cars. This year they are planning 15 to 20 entrants.

Even though it has been called the Heart of America Jaguar Concours D’Elegance in the past, we have begun referring to the event as a Celebration of fine British Motor Cars. We would welcome any members of the RROC who would like to show their cars at the event. There isn’t any cost involved, and with the lovely location it makes for a delightful day of automobiles!

Tim, I would be happy to make a presentation at a club meeting if this might help. We look forward to seeing some of the member’s cars this year on the square.
